Due to the low-height roof, an average adult male will not be able to stand up inside a micro RV. One way to get around this is by installing a pop-top roof.
Depending on the RV build layout, a micro RV should be able to sleep one adult by removing the front passenger seat.
In the U.K., a micro RV can be driven on a standard car driving license without having to take any additional tests.
